We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tea Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our charming tea room. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts. Duties

Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining quality and presentation standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Train, mentor, and lead staff in all aspects of service, food safety, and hospitality. Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety standards. Develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients while catering to customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively. Previous experience as a barista or within hotel environments is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and staff alike. A passion for delivering outstanding service in a welcoming atmosphere.
