The Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a love of learning in our youngest students. You will work alongside a team of experienced educators to deliver a high-quality early years curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of each child. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Supporting children's development across all areas, including social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children's learning through play
Working closely with parents and carers to share progress and developments
Supporting children with additional needs and promoting inclusivity in the classroom
Contributing to ongoing assessments and tracking of children's progress
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual who has a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience for every child. The ideal candidate will:
Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Have experience working in an early years setting
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Be an excellent communicator, with a commitment to building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Have a positive and proactive approach to child development and learning
Be adaptable, creative, and a team player
