The successful EYFS Leader will lead our early years' team to strengthen the quality of provision in this important year group. You will have responsibility for developing teaching and learning across the curriculum and have an understanding of the impact an outstanding foundation setting has on the progress of learning across the whole school.
We are looking for an excellent practitioner who inspires and motivates staff and children alike. Having possession of high quality teaching and learning strategies, you will have the ability to nurture strong and open relationships with staff, children and families to raise aspiration and improve achievement. As our EYFS Leaderyou will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together.

Able to demonstrate in depth knowledge on the EYFS framework
Passionate about Early Years and teaching young children
