Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, professional to join a forward-thinking college to develop and teach across a range of courses and across all disciplines. The primary focus will be teaching on courses from within Hairdressing.



The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of and professional experience within the vocational area. You will be able to work as a team member within the directorate of Health, Care and Wellbeing and where appropriate with cross college teams. You will tutor teach theory and practical aspects of the apprenticeship programmes and have the ability to co-ordinate and develop training programmes.



It is essential that you have the ability to build positive relationships, displaying excellent communication, organisational skills and administrative skills demonstrating a flexible and professional attitude.



You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate achievement of targets.
