Fortis Trust is seeking to appoint a skilled and creative teacher of Computing to join our dedicated team at Bradfields Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of IT and Computing education within a forward-thinking and inclusive specialist environment.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a strong understanding of Computing, ICT, and digital technologies in education. They will be passionate about improving outcomes for students with a wide range of learning needs, including complex profiles of autism and associated conditions.

Bradfields Academy offers a personalised curriculum, and our Computing provision currently spans Entry Level through to Level 3 qualifications. These include:

WJEC Entry Level IT (Levels 1-3) OCR Cambridge Technical (Level 2/GCSE) AQA Foundation Project (Level 1) Internally developed Control Technology modules aligned with KS3 Computer Science principles.
We welcome applications from both experienced educators and ECTs with a flair for adapting content and delivering impactful, student-centred lessons.


The successful applicant will:

Have a clear understanding of effective SEN pedagogy, student care and support. Be able to differentiate learning effectively and creatively. Show vision and drive to develop and deliver a meaningful and aspirational Computing curriculum. Demonstrate strong classroom management and teamwork skills.
