This engaging role will span at least one term, working with students in Key Stages 3 and 4, presenting the perfect platform to make a positive impact on young learners\' language and literature journey.

The Role: English Teacher

As the English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating students\' appreciation for language, literature, and critical thinking. Your expertise and enthusiasm for English will inspire students to become confident communicators and analytical thinkers. Working with Key Stages 3 and 4, you will have the opportunity to ignite a passion for literature and language arts, instilling in students the skills they need for future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons that captivate students\' imagination and promote a love for reading and writing.

Student Progression: Assess and monitor students\' progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them excel in their studies.

Literary Exploration: Encourage students to explore a diverse range of literature, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for different genres and themes.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with colleagues within the English department to share ideas and best practices, enhancing the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant qualifications in English or related subjects.
• Passion for teaching English and the ability to inspire and engage students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Commitment to fostering students\' personal and academic growth through innovative and effective teaching methods.
