Islamiyah Girls' High School (IGHS) is an Independent Islamic School for Girls' in Blackburn, graded as Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. The school is undergoing an exciting phase under a new leadership team with an ambitious vision. Due to increase in classes the school now are required additional teaching staff.

About the Roles:

We are recruiting a teacher of Humanities and RS.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the curriculum relevant to high school education, particularly in Biochemistry and Maths. Experience in special education is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students effectively. Proven experience in behaviour management strategies within an educational setting. Ability to conduct scientific research and facilitate laboratory sessions safely and effectively. Strong proofreading skills to assist students in improving their written work. A passion for tutoring and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be

UK citizens

and be able to work between Monday and Friday, 8:15 am - 3:00pm.
