Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, ensuring that all students are appropriately challenged and supported.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematical concepts.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for mathematics and supports students\' personal and academic development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods and strategies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, specializing in Mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, demonstrating excellent subject knowledge and the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Effective classroom management skills, creating an environment conducive to learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated with the latest educational practices and methodologies.
