The role will involve leading 2 secondary class bases for children with complex needs.




Join Our Team as a Special Needs Teacher





We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and highly effective teacher with the passion and skills to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).


In this role you will:




Plan and lead learning across our Support Centre class bases Deliver teaching in our static class bases within the Secondary Department Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff to meet the needs of pupils with Autism and Complex Needs Plan and deliver a range of curriculum areas (to be agreed based on your expertise)

We are looking for a Teacher who:




Can work confidently and effectively with pupils who have complex needs and challenging behaviours Is passionate about delivering personalised learning experiences Demonstrates excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Shares our commitment to achieving excellence and delivering our vision of being an outstanding school Is adaptable, reflective, and eager to learn Brings energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to their role

This position is ideal for experienced teachers from both Primary mainstream backgrounds and those with SEND experience.
