Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for educating and mentoring students across various age groups. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to engage with children, and a passion for early childhood education. Experience in special education or speech therapy is advantageous.

Duties



Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive educational environment. Educate students on various subjects while promoting critical thinking and creativity. Provide mentoring and guidance to students, helping them achieve their academic goals. Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special education support. Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Facilitate a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.

Requirements



A degree in Education or a related field is essential. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is required. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is preferred. Skills in mentoring, proofreading, and communicating effectively with children are essential. Familiarity with special education practices or speech therapy techniques is advantageous. A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to inspire young learners. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
