We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher SEN to join our fantastic team at Piper Hill High School
This is a Fixed Term, full time teaching post to start on the 1st of September 2025 to 30th June 2026, offering MPS/UPS plus SEN allowance.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled teacher to provide high-quality, inclusive education for pupils with a range of SEN needs. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing tailored learning to ensure all students thrive and achieve their potential.
Main purpose of the job:
As a Teacher you will be expected to match the characteristics described in the Professional Standards for Teachers and required to fulfil the professional responsibilities which are common to all classroom teachers.
You will be responsible for making an impact on the education progress of students and improving the standards of learning and raising levels of student achievement for all students in the school.
Key responsibilities will include:
To ensure that students experience an educational programme that is personalised to their needs, developing their skills and abilities
Ensuring lessons are appropriately planned, delivered, and reviewed meeting the learning needs of all students
To foster a positive working environment in the curriculum area that supports students' learning
Lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice (or work) of others
Take an active role in the day to day management of the school
Ensure effective liaison with internal and external support agencies
Make an active contribution to the school's ongoing self-evaluation process
