The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher at St Michaels C of E Primary School.

The successful candidate will have proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 and will bring subject leadership experience to the role, whilst being committed to a Trauma Informed Schools approach. The ability to work both as part of a team and individually is essential, and will be able to passionately support our curriculum and create a learning environment that our pupils will flourish in.

Strong behaviour management skills are essential, as is the ability to deliver high-quality inclusive teaching, that supports children SEND within a mainstream setting, and will be able to deploy teaching support staff effectively to enhance learning outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to support the Christian ethos of the school, and actively promote St Michael's values both within the school and in the wider community.

Pay: 31,650.00-43,607.00 per year
