We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Mathematics Teacher to join the academic team at the City St George's International Study Centre. The role involves teaching Mathematics across a range of programmes, including Foundation (Level 3), International Year One (Level 4), and Pre-Master's, with a commitment to delivering up to 800 teaching hours per year (pro rata for part-time staff).
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to engage and support a diverse student cohort, adapting teaching methods to meet varied academic, cultural, and language needs.
You will be confident managing learning across different class sizes and committed to developing student-centred approaches to teaching, learning and assessment.
You will be responsible for creating and marking assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students' academic progress through monitoring and timely interventions. You will also be expected to actively participate in a culture of continuous development through peer and management observations.
We're looking for someone who is agile, team-oriented, and committed to building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including students, parents, agents, sponsors, university staff and INTO colleagues.
About You:
Undergraduate or professional qualification in relevant area.
