About Us


Teaching and Learning Assistant - SEN




Required from January 2026








Total hours per week: 32.5 hours over 5 days - term time only (38 weeks) with some additional working required on Inset days, (to be agreed in advance for overtime).



SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant (supporting pupils with additional needs)



Salary: WSCC TA NJC Grade 4 points 5-6 (25,583 - 25,989 FTE)





We would like to appoint a conscientious, dedicated SEN Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our enthusiastic and hardworking team.



The role will involve working with pupils requiring extra support and the delivery of some programmes identified on pupils' EHCPs (Education Health Care Plan).




We are looking for a SEN teaching and learning support assistant who:



are highly motivated and committed to all learners can demonstrate high expectations of children's behaviour are flexible and work well in a team are committed to pupil welfare and the need to safeguard children
