Dorridge Primary School, a large three form entry, community primary school with a nursery, would like to appoint additional TLSAs to join their EYFS team. The successful candidates will provide support for children within our Nursery and Reception classes during the next academic year.
We have 3 positions available (start date for all positions is 01 September 2025):
Position 1:
Contract:
Part time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract, Term Time only (39 weeks per year)
Hours:
34 hours per week, across 5 days within our EYFS provision. Monday-Thursday 8.30am-3.45pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm - every day includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Salary:
Band C 25,992 - 28,624 full time equivalent per year. Actual salary for 34 hours, term time 20,475 - 26,783 per year.
Position 2:
Contract:
Part time, Maternity Cover, Temporary Contract (Autumn 25 and Spring 26 Terms only)
Hours:
34 hours per week, across 5 days within our EYFS provision. Monday-Thursday 8.30am-3.45pm, Friday 8.30am-4pm - every day includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Salary:
Band C 25,992 - 28,624 per year full time equivalent. Actual salary for 34 hours, term time based on the number of term time weeks you will be working and including holiday pay is available upon request.
Position 3:
Contract:
Part time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract, Term Time only (39 weeks per year)
Hours:
13.5 hours a week, across either Monday and Tuesday or Thursday and Friday within our EYFS provision. 8.30am - 3.45pm each day and includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Salary
: Band C 25,992 - 28,624 full time equivalent per year. Actual salary for 13.5 hours, term time 8,129 - 8,953 per year.
The ideal candidates will be able to:
Have enthusiasm for working with children and developing their individual skills and knowledge.
Have experience of working within an Early Years setting.
Work effectively with other team members, foster and maintain working relationships with colleagues from other agencies.
