St. George's Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working teaching assistant to support class teachers and work with a named child in KS2 with additional needs and an EHC Plan.
The role is a fixed term role until the named pupil ceases to be a pupil at the school.
The successful candidate will have:
Have experience working with SEN children.
Knowledge and understanding of how to support children and aid their development.
An ability to deploy strategies to allow learners to engage with the curriculum creatively.
Very good numeracy/literacy skills.
Minimum NVQ3 Teaching Assistant Course or equivalent qualification or experience.

Aquinas A3.1 (Full Time Salary: 25,434.00 p.a.)
Hours:
27.5 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:00 (including 30 minute unpaid lunch 13:30-14:00)

39 Weeks per Year

16,637.78 p.a.
