An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated part-time 1 to 1 teaching assistant to join our wonderful school family at Westwood with Iford Primary School.
We are proud to be a diverse workforce where everyone plays a vital role. Working primarily under direction of the Class Teacher and the SENDCo you will support a student with planned learning activities and programmes on a 1:1 basis.
This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting a young person on their educational journey, inspiring them to break barriers and communicating with parents to establish positive home/school relationships.

Experience in an educational or similar setting is an advantage but not essential. Palladian Academy Trust are keen to hear from candidates keen for a rewarding and purposeful career change who feel strongly about achieving equitable outcomes for all.
This is a temporary contract linked to a named child, working 17.5 hours per week, 8.40am to 12.10pm with Monday to Friday (paid for 3.5 hours per day). The post is term time only plus one Trust Development Day.
