Due to the increasing number of pupils in our school, we are seeking to recruit a part[1]time Teaching Assistant and Breakfast Club Playworker to support the needs of our pupils.

The skills and confidence to work with children in Early Years and Key Stage 1, particularly those with SEND;
A proven track record in effectively supporting individuals within a primary school setting;
The ability to establish excellent relationships with children and promote aspirational achievement for all groups of learners;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team;
Believe in the inclusion for all and is able to implement strategies to support children with SEND.

This is a term time only (TTO) contract plus the 5 staff training days each year.
This post requires wraparound care hours to support daily in our Breakfast Club. Interested applicants are asked to submit an application form to Mrs Thompson at admin@killinghall.n-yorks.sch.uk to declare their interest in the post by 12:00pm, Friday 11th July 2025.
All posts are fixed term contract until August 2026.
