As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with class teachers to

support learning and development

across a range of abilities. Help create

engaging, inclusive classroom experiences

that inspire a love of learning. Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, nurturing confidence and independence. Contribute to the

wider life of the school

, from creative projects to enrichment activities. Share ideas and reflect on practice within a

Hours:

14.75 Teaching Assistant hours & 1.50 Lunchtime Supervisor hours per week

Working weeks:

38 weeks per year (Term time only)

Paid weeks:

43.699 per year (includes holiday entitlement)

Salary:

24,469.00 pro rata

Actual Salary: 9006.24
