You'll work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the curriculum, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Support pupils in lessons to help them access learning and achieve their best.
Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management.
Provide small group or one-to-one support where needed.
Help promote good behaviour, inclusion, and positive attitudes to learning.
Contribute to pupils' social and emotional wellbeing.
Support with classroom displays, organisation, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements
Previous experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is essential.
Applications without this will not be considered.
Desirable:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience supporting pupils in a primary or secondary school environment.
