Key Responsibilities
Support pupils during lessons to help them engage and make progress.
Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource management.
Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.
Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and active participation in learning.
Contribute to pupils' wellbeing and personal development.
Help maintain a safe, organised, and inspiring classroom environment.

Requirements
Experience working with children or young people (in a school or similar setting).
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is essential.

Desirable:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in a primary or secondary school.
