As a

Teaching Assistant Apprentice

at Four Acres Academy you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C or above) Have proven ability to self-study Have proven ability to work with a range of people and children Be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated Be able to supervise a group of pupils Can plan effective play-based activities Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally
