Your Role in Building Brighter Futures



As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice at Four Acres Academy you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.

What You'll Bring to Futura:

We are looking for a motivated and inspirational apprentice teaching assistant who will:



Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C or above)

Have proven ability to self-study

Have proven ability to work with a range of people and children

Be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated

Be able to supervise a group of pupils

Can plan effective play-based activities

Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community

Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally
