Your Role in Building Brighter Futures



As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice at The Meadows Primary you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura's mission statement of "Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish". What You'll Bring to Futura:



We are looking for a motivated and inspirational apprentice teaching assistant who will:



Have a good standard of education (5 x GCSE's - English and Maths C or above)

Have proven ability to self-study

Have proven ability to work with a range of people and children

Be confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated

Be able to supervise a group of pupils

Can plan effective play-based activities

Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community

Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally

18 hours per week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30 - 15:30, which includes some additional training training and off the job hours. Term Time only.



Salary



Apprentice under 19 or 19+ in first year 7.55 Actual salary 5,952.42
