Responsibilities
Assist teachers in delivering educational content and supporting students with special needs, particularly those with autism.
Supervise and engage children during activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Provide individualized support to students, fostering their social and communication skills.
Collaborate with educators to develop and implement tailored learning strategies.
Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational settings
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
Knowledge of toddler care practices
Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
