Our Catholic Primary School in Bayswater is seeking three passionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant, inclusive community. These full-time roles are available immediately and will support children with a range of SEND needs in

Reception, Year 4, and Year 5

About the Role

Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs including autism, communication, cognition, SEMH, and physical needs Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver tailored interventions and inclusive classroom support Foster independence, confidence, and joy in learning for every child Contribute to a nurturing, faith-led environment where every child is known and valued
Who We're Looking For

Experience supporting children with SEND (school-based or equivalent) Empathetic, proactive, and resilient -- able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Skilled in communication strategies (e.g. Makaton, PECS, BSL) or willing to learn Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Start Date: ASAP

Location: Bayswater, London W2
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
