We have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced, dedicated, friendly and professional
Teaching Assistan
t who can work effectively with children including those with special educational needs. You would be expected to deliver intervention provisions for a small number of children daily across the school, working alongside the class teacher.
You will:
have strong relationship building skills and techniques
be passionate about helping children reach their potential despite challenges
be able to communicate clearly with children and adults, verbally and in writing
have experience of working with all ages of children in school
be able to support a range of abilities of pupils with SEND
be able to contribute to assessments
be able to adhere to policies and procedures and follow GDPR guidelines
be confident in supporting good behaviour management skills and is confident in deploying a range of behaviour management strategies
have a desire to participate in school and trust CPD opportunities
have a full understanding of Safeguarding.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Grade C /4+ level Numeracy and Literacy.
Essential:
Has a basic level of computer literacy.
Desirable:
TA qualification or relevant experience.
