About the Role



As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive, structured and supportive environment that fosters both academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities



Support individual pupils and small groups within the classroom. Help deliver tailored learning activities under teacher guidance. Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff. Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Empathetic, patient and resilient. Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs. Able to work well as part of a dynamic and caring team. Experienced in SEMH settings (desirable, but not essential).

Pay: 88.94-100.00 per day
