Special Needs Classroom Assistants - Dagenham Heathway

(Ages 3 to 19)

We are looking to recruit Special Needs Classroom Assistants to start immediately for our vibrant, modern Special School providing for students with a range of learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Conditions and other SEND.

There are roles across Primary, Secondary, or Sixth Form phases. requires you to work Hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4pm (Mon to Weds) and 8.45am to 3.15pm (Thurs and Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist with the personal and care needs of pupils, promoting independence. Work flexibly across different phases (Primary, Secondary, or Sixth Form) depending on daily requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

Interested in working as a Teaching Assistant in an "outstanding" school with high expectations and standards. Has experience working with young people or adults with SEN. Demonstrates a positive attitude and flexibility to meet the needs of children. Willing to support pupils' personal care needs and work towards their independence.

Pay: 92.00-98.00 per day
