Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting students with special educational needs. The role involves providing assistance to the teaching staff and ensuring the well-being and educational progress of students.
Duties:
- Mentoring and supporting students with autism spectrum disorder
- Assisting in the educational development of children with special needs
- Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver tailored educational activities
- Providing one-to-one tutoring to students as required
- Communicating effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Supporting the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Skills:
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Ability to educate and engage students with diverse learning needs
- Proficient in tutoring techniques and strategies for special education
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents
