We are seeking a committed and proactive
Teaching Assistant
to join our specialistPupil Referral Unit
inEastleigh
, supporting secondary-aged pupils who require a nurturing and structured learning environment to thrive.About the Role:
Full-time, permanent position Start date: As soon as possible following September interviews Work alongside a dedicated teacher with typically 4-5 pupils per class Support pupils with SEMH needs and behaviour that challenges Help deliver a personalised curriculum and maintain a calm, safe, and supportive setting
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (ideally SEMH) Resilient, compassionate, and adaptable Team player with strong communication and behaviour management skills A commitment to helping every pupil achieve their potential
