Teaching Assistant

to support pupils in Reception and KS1 on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to begin or grow a career in education, with training, qualifications, and genuine career progression available.

Location:

Ellesmere Port (Reception / KS1)

Hours:

Monday and Friday only, 8:30am-3:30pm

Contract:

Term-time only (with optional paid holiday camp work for extra earnings)

Pay:

Competitive, dependent on age and experience

About the Role

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning Assist with social, emotional, and behavioural development Promote inclusion for all children, including those with additional needs Ensure pupils feel safe, engaged, and supported every day

About You

A positive and reliable team player who enjoys working with children Strong communicator, able to build trust with pupils and staff Flexible, proactive, and organised Experience in a school DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
