Beechcroft is looking for two dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants with additional Midday Supervisor responsibilities to support our vibrant team of educators and help create a positive, engaging learning environment for our pupils.

The role is for 30 hours per week, term time only, plus inset days. Your normal working pattern would be Monday to Friday 8:40am to 3:10pm with an unpaid 30 minute break for lunch.



About the role:



As a Teaching Assistant you will:

work closely with classroom teachers to support the delivery of high-quality lessons provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help foster a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all pupils support pupil's social, emotional and behavioural development provide support to the lunch time team in the hall and on the playground to ensure a smooth and well organised transition
We're looking for someone who:

has experience working with children in an educational setting, preferred but not essential is patient, kind, and committed to supporting every child's individual needs works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, pupils, and parents is proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
