Humly is looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to join schools in Havant, Waterlooville and Chichester.

If you have experience supporting children or young people in a classroom, care, recreation, or sporting environment and want to make a difference in local schools, we would love to hear from you.

We work closely with primary and secondary schools across the area that require experienced support staff for short-term, long-term, day-to-day, and permanent opportunities. Your role may involve:

Supporting students with specific educational needs on a 1:1 basis Assisting with whole-class learning activities Working independently with small groups of students

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 13.68 - 14.92 per hour Hours: School hours (typically 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday) Location: Havant / Waterlooville / Chichester

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are:

Experienced: minimum 3 months of relevant experience working with children/teenagers (education, youth work, or care setting) within the last 2 years Strong communicators: high level of English comprehension and communication skills Professional: calm, confident, and approachable, with a positive "can do" attitude Engaging: able to connect with students, encourage focus, and support learning Reliable: committed, dependable, and able to use initiative in the workplace Understanding: good awareness of classroom environments and dynamics
