Supporting teaching and learning across different year groups, adapting materials to meet pupil needs.
Providing targeted support for children with additional needs (SEND, EAL, or SEMH).
Contributing to the assessment of pupil progress and feeding back to teachers.
Supporting the development of pupils' confidence, independence, and social skills.
Assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lessons and enrichment activities.
Acting as a role model for pupils and supporting the school's values and behaviour policy.
About You

Passionate about making a difference in children's education.
Experienced in delivering high-quality learning support and interventions.
Able to work independently and take initiative within the classroom.

Organised, flexible, and an excellent communicator.
Essential:
Demonstrable experience working in a primary school setting.
Good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent).
Desirable:
A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 or Level 4)
Experience supporting pupils with SEND or delivering specific intervention programmes.
