Teaching Assistants Needed | Holywell

Pay: 13.68 - 14.00 per hour
Location: Holywell and surrounding areas of Wales.
You will be the backbone of the classroom, working closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment. These roles offer the chance to support student's academic growth while building their confidence in a nurturing setting.
Key Duties:

• 1:1 & Small Group Support: Tailoring helps to boost student engagement and progress.
• Classroom Management: Assisting the teacher with lesson prep and keeping the day running smoothly.
• Inclusion: Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs to ensure no one is left behind.
• Positive Impact: Acting as a role model and fostering a safe, fun atmosphere.

Skills & Requirements:

• A genuine passion for child development and education.
• Strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
• Adaptability and a patient, caring nature.
