Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support educators in fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children. This role involves assisting teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and contributing to the overall development of each child.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational materials and lessons. Provide support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning requirements are met. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and engagement. Work closely with students with disabilities, offering guidance and support tailored to their specific needs. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members to promote a cohesive educational experience.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Experience in tutoring or mentoring children is beneficial. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with students and colleagues.
