In this role, you'll work closely with staff and students, building strong relationships and fostering a positive learning environment. To thrive, you'll need a solid understanding of current practices in supporting children's learning and behaviour management strategies, as well as knowledge in key areas such as literacy, numeracy, and science. Holding an NVQ for Teaching Assistants or demonstrating equivalent skills and experience is essential.

Hours:
32.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks per year. Although this role is advertised as full-time, we welcome part-time applicants. The salary will be prorated to those hours.
