We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
SEN Teaching Assistant
to join our nurturing Early Years team. This is a unique opportunity to support two wonderful pupils on the autistic spectrum--one in Nursery (part-time mornings) and one in Reception--helping them thrive through routine, engagement, and tailored learning.
About the Role
Nursery pupil
(8:40-11:40): Support a part-time child on the autistic spectrum in establishing a clear and consistent routine.
Reception pupil
: Work closely with a non-verbal, self-directed child who requires high levels of motivation and engagement. You'll use creative strategies to capture his attention and support his learning journey, even in short bursts of focus.

Proven experience supporting children with autism and complex needs
