The Role

As an SENDTA with us, you will:

Work closely with one individual student, developing a deep understanding of their unique needs. Take responsibility for delivering their educational, social, and behaviour plan. Lead lessons in a curriculum area under the guidance of Qualified Teachers. Collaborate with colleagues, families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who:

Have experience supporting pupils with Autism and/or complex learning disabilities. Understand structured teaching approaches (visual supports, schedules, structured classrooms). Can demonstrate patience, resilience, and a positive "can do" attitude. Are willing to support with personal care, medical needs, and behaviour management (training provided). Hold at least NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent 4 GCSEs grade A-C/grade 4+).
Possess strong communication skills and basic ICT skills (Word, Excel). Are committed to continuous professional development and teamwork.
