Here at Aspire People, a trusted education recruitment agency, we are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of SEN and Secondary schools across Northamptonshire. Whether you're an experienced TA or just starting out in education, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant with Aspire People, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping students thrive. Your responsibilities may include:

• One-to-one or small group support
• Assisting pupils with learning activities
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour
• Supporting pupils with SEND
• Encouraging student engagement and progression

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience with SEN is beneficial but not essential
• A patient, positive, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and making a difference
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
