The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' learning journey, working closely with teachers to provide tailored assistance and ensure a positive classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.

- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special educational needs.

- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

- Support students' social and emotional development.

- Supervise students during activities, outings, and breaks.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor and report on student progress.

About You:

- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.

- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable.

- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are a plus.
