Teaching Assistant

to join their dedicated team on a

full-time, permanent basis

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning and emotional development, adapting your approach to meet each pupil's individual needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, and motivated to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis. Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation. Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated, supportive team.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

Passionate about working with young people with additional needs. Calm, empathetic, and flexible in their approach. Keen to learn, grow, and develop a

long-term career in education

. Ideally experienced in SEN or SEMH settings (though full training will be provided).
