Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant

Support class teachers with engaging lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Provide one-to-one and small group support, including with pupils who have

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Previous Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or classroom support experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications are an advantage but not required.

Skills:

Strong communication, adaptability, patience, and teamwork.

Attributes:

Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children's learning.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with the primary curriculum or SEN support is beneficial.
