Teaching Assistants

to support secondary schools in

Chelmsford

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside classroom teachers to support students in their learning and development. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing in-class support to individuals or small groups Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation Supporting students with additional learning needs Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Helping students build confidence and develop key skills Liaising with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach Previous experience in a school or educational setting
