Job Description
Teaching Assistant (TA)
We are seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to work alongside the SEN Homeschooling Tutor, supporting a students day-to-day care needs and learning. This co-working role allows the teacher to focus on teaching while the TA assists with immediate care and learning support. Experience supporting children with learning disabilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Reinforce learning activities led by the teacher Support use of communication devices with guidance from the AAC Team Attend to personal care tasks discreetly and respectfully Collaborate with the teacher and programme manager via WhatsApp Contribute to monthly and termly report
Details:
Start: ASAP Hours: 25/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm 60% of sessions outdoors (woods, parks, seafront) No water-based activities in pools or the sea
