The Governors are looking to appoint a caring, patient, and dedicated

Teaching Assistant

to join our warm and welcoming school community, supporting children with

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

within our

Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

.

We are looking for someone who:



Has experience working with children with SEND, ideally in an EYFS setting Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child to thrive Is calm, nurturing, and adaptable to the needs of young learners Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff and families Supports the Christian ethos and values of the school


This role may involve supporting children with communication and language needs, sensory needs, or social/emotional development. Flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude are key.
