Working Pattern:
This is a permanent position working 31.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant at our school. We require a compassionate, dedicated and reflective future colleague that will provide support and quality learning experiences for our pupils.
The successful candidate will initially work one to one with a pupil and groups of pupils in Key Stage One.
This role will involve working closely with the class Teachers and other support staff to provide adapted provision for these learners.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate the ability to support learning and nurture children's wellbeing, a sense of commitment, a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience of working with children with specific, additional need would be advantageous.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has the following experience, skills and attributes:
A minimum of English & Maths GCSE Grade C or level 4
A passion for working with children
Experience of working with children
Excellent IT and communication skills and be able to engage with children, parents and co-workers
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding and welfare procedures
Enthusiasm, proactivity, self-motivation and can demonstrate attention to detail
A good understanding of how to create engaging and challenging learning environments for children
