Job Details
Salary:
Teaching Assistant
Grade 3/4 (depending on experience) 24,796 - 25,989 pro rata
13.5 hours per week
Term time only
Midday Meals Supervisor
Grade 2 24,413 - 24,796 pro rata
1.5 hrs per week
Term time only
Contract Type:
Initially fixed term to the end of the academic year, 22/07/26, with the possibility of extending based on funding.
School Hours:
8.15am - 3pm
Location:
St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Bognor

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Support the class teacher in promoting a positive learning environment;
Work directly with pupils in class to support teaching and learning and promote our high expectations;
Lead targeted intervention groups to raise pupil attainment;
Provide support for pupils with a range of learning needs;
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources;
Contribute to the assessment and recording of pupils' progress;
Ideally have previous experience of working in a school environment;
Have passes in GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above;
Be willing to uphold our school's Catholic ethos and contribute to the wider aspects of school life;
Be willing to work flexibly across the primary age range.
