You will support teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and help students to achieve their full potential in a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of GCSE English and Maths Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting young people. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Personal Attributes

Reliable, organized, and proactive. Positive and professional attitude. Committed to continuous learning and development. Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the classroom.
